Dormant company financial statement submission?

Hi, I have a dormant company that has not been operated yet. It's passing one year now and my company secretary suggests I close or get an auditor to do the auditing for it done. Both require me to cough up RM2k plus. I find this unnecessary since the company has not in use and has no bank accounts or trading activity. In New Zealand I am able to submit the financial statement online myself without needing to appoint any auditor and submit bank statements directly to the NZ govt tax department, of the company with little trade activity. The fee I had to pay was less than Rm200 for this. Then for tax payment I just paid around RM250 or so depending on the exchange rate to RM. So I'm finding it hard to understand why Malaysia would not have any easy option for small business and entrepreneurs?

If anyone has any ideas on how its done, pls let me know. This is 2016 and I am sure there should be an easier way for people to do things themselves without being over-dependent on others when there is no big business activity for the company.

Property Website Investor or Buyer Needed

Hi, I have a property site that I have not had much time for it. Recently I have revamped the site and doing some last touch ups. Will be launching a simple mobile App for it as well soon once the touch ups are done.

I need an investor to maybe own a percentage of this business according to the investment value offered. I know what needs to be done as there are map geo-locations of old posts that needs to be corrected and a lot of marketing to be done. All of this can be done by getting a few staff that can be trained by me on what to do. If I had the time, I could do it all by myself, but I don't. So only option I see is either get an investor or sell the site. Or ask someone to act as a broker to sell the site for me and take the commission for it.

With the right funding, the site can spend it on marketing to increase the monthly page views to 100k a month by 6 months, while increasing it even further again depending on the money injected. If an existing business, news media that has an outdated property section or other business wants to buy it, then they can use their existing public exposure to easily boost the page views and public interaction with the site without much marketing.

Any ideas, offers would be great. I have basically kept the site free for all to use because I started it because of all the current sites charging ridiculous prices for people who want to sell or rent their properties. You can do your own domain ranking research, etc.
