i'm renting out my house for the 1st time and i required my tenant to pay 1 month of rental as security deposit, RM300 as deposit for utilities and 1 month of rental as advance. does this advance being considered as the rental for the 1st month or he needs to pay the rent again by the end of the month?

some said there's no ugly girls, just lazy girls who are lazy to make themselves beautiful.

but, some said, you're always ugly if you're born ugly (let's say with mata sepet, double sausage lips, pimples everywhere & etc) no matter how you dress or how many inches of make-ups you put. there's a cantonese saying which even bring things to the worst - ugly ppl got many ugly styles.

so, do you think we can depend on clothes and make-ups if we were born extremely ugly?

i personally think this kinda guy is pathetic, has very low self-confidence and worse than girls laa

i posted something in my blog hosted by blogspot and then this morning i realized that my post kena deleted. it wasn't me who deleted it but blogspot. anyone experienced this same ~~shit~~ situation before? how can they delete our post wan lah? even so, they shoud send e-mail and request us to delete it, right?
