They do not know the account number, they only know the ASTRO bill Account holder's name

To make things messier, the Account holder is no longer working here.

leg cramp in the middle of the night

i've been waking up in the middle of the night with leg cramps. first i'd have it in one leg, then i'd fall asleep again, and then i'll wake up again with the other leg cramped up.

i've tried the remedies found on google :

- calcium & magnesium supplement everyday
- a can of 100 plus everyday

it's not i lead a sedentary lifestyle, i spend half my working hours running around on my feet too

anyone else have any advise? otherwise, i probably have to take the time off to go have my blood checked

Problem With Beauty Center

Hey girls,

Be wary of the beauty center called Bluunis, the whole shop is skyblue themed. Sigh. To be clear, there's nothing wrong with their product. My eyebrows are pretty, my eyelids are sexy and my face is free of blackhead and big pores thanks to them.

However, recently they started pushing me to buy products every time I do my facial appointment! And they'll ask you to pay RM1.8 to RM2.7k! The sales person is pretty bad, all she could tell me was was that I could do easy payment, and she looked so confused when I replied that easy payment or not, at the end of the day I still have to pay such a big amount for facial.. =_= and the best part is, I still have 6 more sessions of my current package - means I don't have to sign up for anything else for the next 6 months but she keeps asking me to sign up for a new package because "my one going to end already". Duh. Can keep the money in Fixed Deposit for 6 months and generate interest.

What caused me to start this thread though is that they introduced a VIP card to me recently. It costs RM1k to sign up for the VIP card, but you will be given a coupon :

- RM500 voucher to buy facial products
- RM500 voucher to buy facial services

(this is exactly what was written on the brochure for the VIP card)

I thought it was very value for money because I like their product and services. Luckily, I said that I will wait till I finish all my sessions first (another 6 mths!) before I sign up for another package. Then only the sales girl told me that actually :

- RM500 voucher to buy facial products (cannot be used for promotion stuff but never say)
- RM500 voucher to buy facial services (cannot be used for promotion stuff but never say)

so it's quite hard to use to vouchers actually. I asked to see the list of products and services I can use for the voucher, and she said they don't have any. Means, I will pay for a VIP card, and then HAVE to accept whatever product and service they give me. Sigh. Like that how to have repeat business.

So, I'm just going to quickly finish off my 6 sessions and forget about going to Bluunis.

ii) If there's anyone who can recommend a professional facial center who won't push products on you then feel free to reply or PM

i think i have a back bone problem, bcos i can only sleep when my body is curved, usually by the start of the morning i'm curled up like a pretzel already " lying down, sitting up or standing straight is mildly uncomfortable

when i sit i need to put my feet up otherwise i keep shifting my position too

anyway, so i'm intending to visit a chiropractor, but i was wondering if anyone knows how much the consultation fees cost?
