Monitor blackout

Hi i read a few old post regarding this matter and they are similar to my situation but mine is still a little bit different as stated below:

-Monitor flickers once or twice and then blackout.

-CPU still running and can type in MSN or continue my downloads.

-When the screen comes back on, i can resume my work just as i have left it.

-Previously, when I play certain games, my PC will auto restart but when I format my PC and install every software, driver and utilities in my Graphic Card(GC) box, it runs fine with a little more games but still auto restart with certain games.

-Swapped monitor and mine is working fine on other CPU but my CPU is still giving me that problem even with a different monitor.

-Tried updating the GC but don't have a newer version for it.

Suspecting GC. I don't have anywhere to test it except for the computer shops but i don't want to go there due to inconvenience. Can someone please tell me its just my GC problem? I don't want to change my Motherboard for this. Could it be RAM problem?

PC starting problem

The PC in my company are difficult to turn on. Sometimes they turn on and sometimes they don't. We tried swapping parts and they all worked fine. The power supply is functioning well because there is a light indicating the PSU is on. Can someone please advice?
