local network not working when unifi down

dear /k
have a unifi connection using its standard wifi router. using local ip 192.168.0.1 ~ 10
i also have my NAS connected to the router. (ip 192.168.0.2)
my pc ip 192.168.0.3
my laptop 192.168.0.4

when unifi is down, i cant access my NAS?

why?

Dear All,

i used to use WAMP in windows for website developtment.
thus i can access the website at this address;
http://localhost/site1
http://localhost/site2
http://localhost/site3

now i want to move to VM

i already setup an Ubuntu server VM and able to open/edit/configure the apche website in the guest server
let say my Host pc (Windows) ip address is 192.168.0.1 and the guest server (ubuntu Vm) ip addres is 192.168.0.2

so i can browse the website by typing the ip address in the webbrowser
eg: http://192.168.0.2

now let say i want to create another apache website in the guest ubuntu server.

How can i access it by the address like above;
http://192.168.0.2/site1
http://192.168.0.2/site2
http://192.168.0.2/site3
