LHDN cukai wang pemberian suami saya, kata anak Najib

Anak perempuan bekas perdana menteri Najib Razak menyalahkan kerajaan selepas Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN) mengarahkannya membayar RM10.3 juta cukai pendapatan yang tidak dibayar dari 2011 hingga 2017.

Dalam kenyataan di Facebook, Nooryana Najwa Najib menegaskan bahawa 'pendapatan' yang mahu dikenakan cukai oleh LHDN adalah wang yang diberikan oleh suaminya, Daniyar Kessikbayev.

"Suami saya dan keluarganya sudah menjadi kaya lama sebelum kami berjumpa dan malah lama sebelum ibu mertua saya berkahwin dengan salah satu taikun paling kaya di Kazakhstan.

"Apa pun, jika anda menganggap bayaran daripada suami kepada isteri sebagai pendapatan, pemindahan dana ini dari luar dan tidak seharusnya dikenakan cukai.

"Sejumlah kecil daripada apa yang dianggap pendapatan ini juga merupakan wang hantaran serta hadiah daripada keluarga dan rakan-rakan," katanya.

Nooryana juga mendakwa bahawa LHDN mengenakan cukai ke atas rumahnya yang diperolehnya selepas suaminya menyenaraikannya sebagai pemilik bersama.

"Sejak tahun lalu mereka sudah mula mengaudit saya. Saya sudah lama menyerahkan semua bukti termasuk butiran dokumen pemindahan dana yang menunjukkan kebanyakan apa yang digelar pendapatan dari luar ini adalah pemindahan wang dari keluarga suami saya.

"Saya juga sudah menunjukkan bukti bahawa keluarga mertua saya membeli rumah menggunakan dana mereka dari luar," katanya.

Dalam kenyataan yang dikeluarkan semalam, LHDN memaklumkan bahawa ia telah memfailkan tindakan mahkamah terhadap Nooryana untuk mendapatkan cukai pendapatan belum bayar RM10.3 juta antara 2011 dan 2017.

Nooryana menyifatkan tindakan LHDN itu sebagai usaha kerajaan untuk menentang keluarganya.

"Saya tidak salahkan pegawai LHDN kerana saya tahu tangan mereka terikat kerana ada ahli politik di atas sana yang merupakan dalang di sebalik semua ini.

"Sama seperti kes bapa dan adik beradik saya yang dikenakan dakwaan sama atas sebab yang mengarut, ramai yang tahu perincian kes terkejut dan tidak dapat kata apa-apa tentang betapa kerajaan menyalahgunakan undang-undang.

"Semua bukti ini akan ditunjukkan di mahkamah satu hari nanti dan dunia akan tahu betapa mengarut dakwaan berkenaan," katanya.

Im sorry guys, anybody can guides me where can i find information to sell a house? I have zero knowledge in selling house. I bought a house at rm400k a year n half ago, and due to some personal reason wanted to let it go. Im still paying my interest, havent paid the installments.

The developer agent who were my agent when i bought the house last time told me there is a buyer wanted to buy house at rm500k. Now the thing i really dunno what should i do now, should i appoint a lawyer or something. He asked me to sign an agreement to let the new buyer buy the house.

He told me im not gonna lose anything(despite there is 3% penalty for early settlement), i can get back my money deposit rm13k plus interest i have been paying for 1 year n half bout rm12k, so the total ive paid is rm25K. He told me i can get back rm40k plus minus after minus out everthing.

How do i go from here?

Hey guys,
I have a question, i always see this tiny little disgusting creatures in my car crawling on my dashboard, steering, car seats.. The thing is, my car
is super clean one. I never eat in my car, and there is no food in my car. I clean my car every 2 weeks u see. But still keep seeing this creatures..
These roaches not like the house roaches one, they are very small.. but still irritating..

What is the cause of this? And how to get rid of them?

Hi guys..
I have this questions:

I have just embarked on a sole proprietor business in Malaysia. I have a few questions which I hope some of the experts out there can help to answer:
1) What are the tax forms that I would need to fill up next year?
2) What are the type of deductions that I can use as my business expenditure? Can I use:
i) Housing loan - I'm using my current house as the business premise
ii) Car loan - I'm using my current car as my business mode of transport (to deliver the goods). What if the car i already bought earlier?
iii) Parking tickets, petrol and tolls - I incur all these costs when i deliver the goods
iv) Entertainment - Once in a while, I will have to take my clients out for dinner.
v) Any other things that's considered as business expenditure? (Electricity, water bill)?
