Bad tinting experience with Raytec Seri Kembangan

Just had a bad experience with RayTec Seri Kembangan. When they promote their tinting they will say if the installation has problem etc they will fix it... There was this grey area when it comes to the rear window's defroster.

I first notice notice that there were an obvious scar at the rear windows as below

When I asked the sale person what's wrong with the tinting they can't answer and the worker can't explain to me on what happened. The sales girl told me that they will replace with a new tint but told me that the defroster may peel off during the process. She told me that they will be very careful while doing so... can't think of other solution but to go ahead with the replacement.

After replacement there were part of the defroster that peel off, Raytec said that they are not liable while I check with the car dealer which they also said that they are not liable. Worst part is that the cause of the scar was due to some glue that were stuck in between the glass and tinting which was only visible weeks after the installation.

Am not sure what else I could do to solve this issue. Obviously I believe that consumer should not be victimized due to this issue.

Intercom for condominium

My condo is new but there is no intercom system installed between the resident and guard house hence we always find it troublesome whenever we have visitor, not to mentioned in case of emergency we may have trouble contacting the security guard.

Am trying to propose this system to my condo's JMC. Any recommendation and advice on how to choose such system?

I know its not cheap to buy a built in wardrobe hence this is the next alternative that I'm considering.

Have surveyed a few company/brand in the market

- Casa Moderno

Can anyone share their experience and feedback on this modular compartment wardrobe which the price is define by the module chosen?

Most importantly which is the best in terms of pricing and durability.

Monster Cable - TV Calibration

Was using the 2 Meter HDMI cable from Playasia last time. I'm just using the Sharp Aquos LC-32PX5M after changing the cable to the Monster M1000HD HDMI cable and notice that the color setting is way too high and seems that the sharpness that I had seen earlier is gone

Must be some calibration thing... anyone here has any trick to calibrate it back?
