Mac Mini Core Duo Blowing Fuse...

Just last night my Mac Mini Core Duo power cord fuse blown after 5 mins switching on...Then, I got myself another 13A fuse and replace the blown fuse...The Mac Mini rebooted again...But, just another 5 mins the replacement fuse got popped too and using a different power outlet after the fuse popped the 1st time...

I m wondering what could be the problem ? Anyone could share some light here...thanks...

Intel Mac Mini Logic Board Replacement

I just got back my mac mini from the apple service centre today, the logic board was replaced due to a problem booting the mini...Now, the mac mini can boot up as normal...but, the heatsink fan seems to be running at full blast all the time and it is darn noisy...

It this normal after a logic board replacement?...
