The problem is when I start my computer the screen changing rate is slow when it change from the windows logon screen to the desktop screen. It&#39;s like the screen is changing line by line before it goes to the desktop. It only happens on the logon screen, other times is good. Refresh rate is set to 60 hertz and resolution 1920 x 1080.
