Hello fellow wii-ers.

I am the proud owner of a modified version of the NTSC/US Wii and I have one questions which needs to be answered pleesse !

Is it safe to run a Wii system update for my MODIFIED wii ?

Because I am afraid updating my wii will cause system break or something like that..

PLEASE HELP ME !!

As the topic title says , im looking for that game ! Original or *ahem* ! I can travel to anywhere around Petaling Jaya (Around the Damanasara Area to be exact).

I recently purchased a Nintendo Wii US Version (modded) . I would really really really appreciate it if someone could take some time to answer a few questions:

1. Is it safe to "update" my console (Im not sure how to phrase this but it asks if I want to update it when I go to Wii Settings and I go online through wireless)
The reason I ask this is because my wii is modded and im not sure how updating will effect the console

2. Can I play games against other players online (via wifi) using *ahem* games?

3. Can my console play Original Games ?

4. What actually happens to my console when I try playing PAL / JAP games ?

5. How do i check what modchip is being used :S When i asked the shop owner he said "lateset one latest one"
