Item(s) conditions: Still in good condition, just color faded, and some small parts rusty. Can fit 2 or maybe 3 person (a kid) to swing at one time. Suitable to place outdoor or balcony as is strong solid metal. Metal lines above the seats are bit bending, but not affect the structure at all (since nothing cover above the swing). Can just repaint if opt for different color as currently is rainbow colors (3V signature colors, haha).

repaint old wooden staircase

Dear all sifus, attached here (photo 1) is the photo of my house staircase. I would like to repaint it coz it looks very ugly now. I plan to change it into smtg more modern style (photo 2). Is it possible to repaint it with lighter brown colors? I went one of the paint shop, the boss said is impossible and asked me to choose darker color. But i prefer light color. Anyone please guide me in this issue. Thanks in advance

Hi everyone,I am planning to buy a third hand house but the owner recently just provide me a peristhiharan penjualan showing me tat the house was bought through lelong and previously was a bumi lot.may I know how can I check whether the house have converted to non bumi or how I can ensure that the house can be bought now?am afraid of hassles if I buy pay deposit now,but later only know the house still got issue with the title name..thanks lots!!😁😁
