Amount of money involved : RM 43 (rm 35 for the dress and rm8 for the shipping)

Details of the complaint :

I had contacted sexyirl to purchase a dress as stated above....here's a rundown of the chronology of events:

Feb 16th : contacted sexyirl as seen in da thread...she sez she will send in the order the following mon..which was feb 18th...so she needed me to pay her da $$

Feb 18th: banked in the money into her account. Posted in the thread requesting her conformation on receiving the payment

Feb 23th: SMS-ed me. Told me she will refund me....I quote her sms: "Ya i m so sorry for this =( because i'll outstation one month, then u leave me ur account num for me ya thx"

March 4th: SMS-ed again. Here's her SMS: " hi, i need ur bank acc for refund. Sorry i didnt come online this2 week cos i m workin ya"

I replied her tat i m outstation tat time but will pass her my number wen i got back...SMS-ed her my bank account number on March 7

March 7th: SMS-ed me. Here's her SMS: " Sexyirl here. I'll refund to u the money later ya =)

March 11th: SMS-ed me. Here's her SMS: " halo dear can i have ur IC number? cos need it to fill for the GIRO bank transfer" I gave her my IC number and waited for my refund

March 14th onwards: I called her, SMS-ed her and PM-ed her but no reply....her two phones were ringing when i called but she enver picked up da call nor did she return my call

March 29th: I HAD ENOUGH!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Any extra details : She has two hp numbers: 012-8257988 and 016-5853998 ( i have a feeling she had changed her number by now)

Her bank account is Maybank, registered under the name of Vung Kim Fong and the number is 110013224679

I HIGHLY doubt tat she'll reply to any calls, sms or PM-ed cuz she had not even read my PM despite being online

I juz want my money back, tat's all
