format using usb

i try to reformat my desktop by using usb pendrive
i put the window 7 file in the pendrive and no create another window 7 folder
when i in bios i boot my usb
but the _ keep blink and no word coming out (usually it will say if u want to boot from this device , press any key)
and i keep waiting waiting
and yes i do success reformat my laptop by using usb pendrive before
i wonder why would this happen
any pro can help?

yesterday, my desktop went off automatically itself
until today, i cant switch on my desktop and wonder whether is the power supply problem
once i switch on my desktop it on around 3s then went off itself again
any pro can help me with this issue?

i pretty sure that my OS is not affected by virus as i scan it with kaspersky over and over again
i guess it cause by corrupted file
when i click on C drive it appear this message
anyone can teach me how to solve this problem without reformat my desktop?

graphic card spoil

here my case
i have been facing the problem for my desktop because it lag and hang after i switch on my computer after some time
i sent to lowyat and the thunder match ppl said that is my graphic card spoil
my desktop is already 2 years old and i plan to upgrade to high end hardware for next year after im start working
my fren told me to use mobo internal graphic card and its enuf for me because im just use for dota dling and movieing
but i cant found any vga plug on my mobo plugging
i think what i saw is female vga plug

so profesional dude
should i just use the mobo graphic card or buy a new one?
if the mobo is sufficient for my usage
i dont think i will buy a new gc until next year

pls give me advice

well.. this is my situation
previously when i using my desktop
there was no problem or surfing net gaming dota
but recently i dont know why my desktop
after on a while
maybe half an hour later
it start lagging and begin to hang
this is very obvious when i watching drama or movie
the sound and graphic begin hang and hang and hang
i reformat the pc and the problem still exist..
one of my fren who is quite pro in pc
he said that either is mobo or hdd void
anyone face this problem before?

guys i want to ask for my desktop
before today when i watch movie do everything is smooth
but today when i switch on my pc
and watching drama or msn or firefoxing
1st the drama is keep hang hang dei
2nd the msn, when i switching the conversation box its switch very slow and slow
forth the firefox is hang when i browsing

is this gc problem?
im now post this using my desktop
it is useable but still quite hang
my partition alrdy free around 15gb so i dont think is memory problem
any pro can explain to me pls?

1.my desktop currently have some problem about the time
although i fine tune the time hundred time alrdy
after few hours it will begin run faster and become not accurate
one of my fren say is the battery inside the motherboard problem and asked me to take it out and put it back to reset the os
however the problem still consist.. anyone can help?

2. another problem is when i playing the dota
sometimes it will hang and the graphic no response at all and i had to restart the computer again
it is normal and nth happen when i normal use for movie or msn usage
is it the graphic card problem or motherboard problem?
how to check whether which part of hardware faulty?

i wonder why sometimes the bt dl speed is so unstable
i sometimes dl ftp file from my campus and it dl speed can reach 70kbps and consistent
however when i dl bt file using thunder
it is so unstable
sometimes 3kbps-15kbps then suddenly can reach 100-200kbps
just want to know more knowledge about this kind of thing
any helps?

k lite codec does not work

i installed k lite codec 4.7.5 full version
but i still unable to watch rmvb file
everytime i open the rmvb file it say i dont have the code needed
but previously before i format my laptop and installed older version of k lite
it allow me to watch rmvb file
any one can help me regard to this problem?
