How do we get up to date and not miss the bull run

So far i only rely on coinmarketcap, and other news, youtube channels and telegram groups.
I tried using all this source of information and it's usually 24 hours later after the bull run ended
So is there anyway that i can be ahead before I miss the next bull run again?
What am I looking for?
Generally, any other alt coins that I want to pump not just BTC/ETH and also potential ICO coins

what's the best way (if not P2P) to minimize on oversea transaction fees or wire transfer and also transaction fees?
only reason why I didn't use p2p it's because it's not really safe especially if you are the buyer.
