Demolishing a wall

Hi , I've just got the attached architecture plan from developer's appointed firm, may I know if the wall (marked as X) that separating the kitchen and dining can be demolished? The wall was built below a beam.

According to my neighbor there's also a column on the left hand side of the wall, must I retain it?

Appreciate if any expert from the field can help to advise please..

what are the components to build a ecommerces site

Hi Sifus,

I like to have a e-commerce website similar like xiaomi (with much lesser products), however I'm not sure whether i should explore to build it myself or just hire vendor to do it for me..

Parts of requirements or components that i can think of for now:
1) 2-3 static pages to display the selling products
2) Shopping cart system (does it include members sign-in?)
3) Reporting - invoice generation, sales report (weekly/monthly/yearly)
4) payment gateway (ipay88, paypal etc)
5) web hosting plans + domain name sign up

How much roughly would i get charged if I hand it over to vendor?

What about open source CMS like wordpress/shopify? do they able to fulfill my requirement?

hi all, I have some questions regarding salary in IT field..
given a fresh degree grad,with 6 months of internship experience,a top student with distinction + book prize,
additional cert such as microsoft outstanding student award,ccna skill competition participation,ccna cert,scholarships..

how many company in KL would offer >= 2.5k?
btw..approx how much is the living cost for people coming from other state to work in Altera(cant find this info on altera threads @@)?
