PSU ST50F Problem

I've had this problem with my newly acquired Silverstone Strider 500W PSU. The problem happens whenever I played games (eg. Dota, Maplestory). 40-50 minutes into the game the power just cut-off. This situation is just like when you turn off the main power. There is no BSOD, just total power off. The weird thing is, if I'm not playing games, just browsing/chatting/idling, the computer doesn't power-off (well, maybe it does, but at a very very rare chance).

I'm sure it has something to do with my power supply, because I tried with another power supply (Powerlogic Magnum 300W) and it works like a charm. So, what is the problem exactly and what are my solutions?
