Withdrawal fees for Full-Flexi Home Loan

I'm a bit confused right now because some older information used to state that for full flexi loans, there was no withdrawal fees. However, I'm reading now that there is an RM25 or RM50 fee (depending on which bank) for withdrawal.

Not that I plan to do withdraw often, but I just want to make sure what I'm getting is an actual Full-Flexi loan.

Anyone know more about the current state of affairs?

2. top right corner has a slight dent
3. volume up button spring has a problem, the volume will constantly try to increase. to deal with this problem, i have rooted the phone, and disabled the volume up key. to increase the volume, i press volume down, then hold down on the volume popup to access the volume menu, and then increase the volume as necessary. otherwise, i use my headphone buttons to increase the volume.

The phone is currently my daily use phone, aside from the issues mentioned above, the phone works perfectly fine.

Hi there mods, I'm just curious because I made some posts against a potential buyer who FFK'd me, warning other sellers whose threads he posted on by posting on their threads. I did this because I figured that a dispute thread didn't seem like the right place to complain about, given the lack of severity of the problem, at least with regards to conman cases and such. I noticed this morning that the posts are all gone now.

I'm interested to know if they were removed because the sellers reported it, or because the clown I was complaining against reported it? Also, I apologize if what I did was considered wrong, I couldn't find anything about it in the rules, I hope you can advise me on what I did wrong, and what would be a better way to go about it? I know LYN is not a full on sales channel, and therefore would not have a buyer rating system as you might find on other sales based sites, but I wonder if there's some way to protect sellers, especially people selling preloved, secondhand stuff, from these kind of miscreants.
