Car headlamp crack (Right)

Hi all.

Long story short, I had a minor accident and my car's headlamp casing (right) cracked.

I have asked my SA for advise, she told me that I need to send it back to original kilang to let them fix it. And by fixing it, means I have to change the whole headlamp + installation + reprogram. It will definitely need to claim through my insurance.

But, here is the problem. In this minor accident, everything is ok. My car body, paint, all perfect without a single scratch. The LED, lamp all is 100% functioning and no issue at all. The only thing is that the headlamp casing crack. And I find it quite painful to change the whole headlamp and claim my insurance.

So, I sincerely asking for help or opinion here. Do any of you here know any 劏车厂 (recycle unused car factory, sorry not sure how to translate it), or any accessory shop that sell the headlamp casing here. Please recommend to me or pm me. APPRECIATE.

I wish to replace the headlamp casing (SPARE PARTS) only. Thanks. If you need my chasis number to double confirm the model, do PM me. Thanks again.

Here is the example of a partially parallel transmission line. The main task here is to find the "m", where fault occured.

3phase:
V= 3X1 matrix
I= 3X1 matrix
Z= 3X3 matrix

By using the same method I've used in a normal parallel transmission line. I'm stuck at this stage, as there is unknown "Vr1 and Vr2" in my equation.

Concerning the phase component only, Z11 & Z22, Z12 & Z21(mutual coupling), I1 & I2, Vs , l are known.

But the Vr1, Vr2, Vf, m here are unknown.

So, the second image here is some derivation that I've done. However, I am stuck at the "green" highlighted part.
I do not know what are the Vr1 and Vr2 [as there is "If" containing inside the equation]. If I can get the Vr1 and Vr2 value, then I can simply get the "If" value and then multiply the complex conjugate of "If" into the Vs equation. By comparing the imaginary part only, then I can straight away get the "m" value.

this way works when it's a normal parallel line, but it won't work here as there are unknown Vr1 and Vr2 in my final equation. maybe my method is wrong or I'm out of the correct path in getting it. I'm hoping to get some guides and help from you guys here.

Details of the complaint :

I bought the phone from this seller, as stated I should have received the full package accs while we cod.
I meet him last friday night, but he only give me the phone, charger and usb cable. But without the earphone, stylus, cd booklet, box, warranty card and receipt.

Well, with the reason he just finished his work and can't get the full item on time. He promised to come to my area to pass the rest by the next day or sunday latest by 3pm. I trust him, i paid the full amount and never nego as he looks like a good person.

I waited until sunday, no call no respond. It's fine, so i called him back and sms you continuously with another reason he gave me he left the phone and just saw my msg. I told him i got to go back Melaka at Sunday night. Then, he figured out the other method by posting the full package to my doorstep to Melaka. Alright, I trust him again.

From Monday until today which is Saturday. I never receive any msg from this seller, all the while i keep PM him, SMS him, and Call him. But he almost never reply me or answer my call, only reply me in pm ONCE telling me he will courier to me by this week. Ok, i trust him again.

Yesterday (friday), I called him again. He answer my call and tell me " i will shoot out the box today and send you the tracking number later". Alright I really appreciate and say thank you.
But until now I keep on calling him but he refuse to answer. No tracking number receive, all sms all pm i sent also no reply at all....

I really felt disappointed with this seller. I just hope he can spare some lunch time hour to post the rest to me as promised. However, he always gave me empty promise.

On 17th September 2008,

After further communication, we have decided to deal through postage (PosLaju).

Around 2pm, I tried sms Jimi Santana to request tracking number from him. But no reply from him.
I tried call him at 3pm but unreacheable, obviously he had shut off his mobile phone.
Then i keep on calling and sms, finally i got his reply at 9.25pm.

Finally he sms me back ...I felt released, maybe it was just a misunderstanding. He explained to me he is working the whole day at "border" since morning. and need extra man due to RAYA is coming. I am wondering, how come he didnt turn off his phone on 17th september ( that day around afternoon he sms to discuss )

He then sms me the tracking number of EN137442766MY , I checked through www.pos.com.my to trace its status. But it stated "this is an invalid code"

I keep login to www.pos.com.my to check the tracking number but INVALID. Since he mentioned he has shipped out the item at sungai petani pos office, so i contact to sungai petani pos office to find the record of this tracking number. But NO record of this tracking number..

I am getting worried and suspicious if he has given me the correct tracking number. It's ok. I assumed he gave me the wrong tracking number. But he mentioned to me " you will receive by tmrw evening", which is today. BUT I GOT NOTHING ....I had waited the whole day since 10am till now...I receive nothing from PosLaju ....

Bro Jimi Santana, if u saw this thread, i hope u can explain to me what is happening. If you really busy, i can give u some time to post it. But since u already sms me the tracking number. That's why i expect you has already shipped out the phone to me and i do expect to receive it by today. But until now i got nothing.

I hope you can tell me the truth and discuss with me again.

I create this thread because i totally CANT get to contact you....
I am just a student, RM1300 is not a small amount, If you cant post it or u too busy to post it. I hope you can Refund me the full amount.
