how to setup modem..?

this is first time i buy a modem...

before this people at shop already setting it for me..

but when i buy new modem...i try to set it but i cant connect to internet..

why it be like this??i already put my username and password...and everything necessary...

but still cant connect to internet??is it because the firewall for the modem???

im want to buy a gen2 IAFM...

already submit loan and already approve...

i already sign the loan agreement...

but suddently my SA told me that the car production has been stoped...

so i will not get my car eventhough my loan already signed..

they ask me to change to other model like persona or gen2 CPS...

is it logic that the car production suddently stopped??

may i cancel the loan that i already signed and check already out...???

what can i do in this situation??have anyone facing this prob before??

i just change psu...but something weird happen...

usually when we on switch, then push on button at casing..then com will on...

but right now its on automaticly...but just fan only moving(casing fan and proc fan)...the on button not function...

then i unplug the 'on' switch wire from mobo...but the power still can flow at my mobo after switch on the plug...

if mobo have no 'on' switch wire that join to mobo the power cannot flow at mobo right...

we must connect on switch wire or connect manually with test pen before the power can flow to mobo...right??

why this happen??did my mobo cannot control the power flow to it??

3. power steering oil

i have the problem bout my pc...

when i turn on plug and switch on my comp immediately..it suddently off back...

i have to wait 30 second and more after turn on plug before can switch on my comp...

why is this happen??anyone have experience this before???

sorry i noob here...so dont know where to put this prob thread....

i use amd x2 5200, gigabyte m55sli-s4, 2 x 1GB team elite ddr2 800, and asus en8600gt 256....

but when i play the need for speed most wanted the picture was stuck..

it happened after i play more than 1 hour non stop...

comp not hang but the picture stuck...

before this i use 7600 gs never stuck even i play more than 1 hour...

why is this happend?
