I have a fair bit of stainless steel in my house, invest myself a can of 3M "Stainless Steel Cleaner & Polish"

Anyone using other method to shine up the stainless steel thing they own?

I been trying to search for working table set, working top.. Don't find anything what is nice and below 1k. My plan to have a working table around 6ft, so I can have two chair, usually I am the one working, but my wife sometime work in the evening too.

Now I am thinking to use Ikea kitchen wood worktop, stain it to dark color, and do final finishing. Get the 4 leg (maybe 5 for center support)

TNB always give "Anggaran"

This Subang TNB, always give me "Anggaran" Estimate reading. I wonder can we call them up and give them the actual reading.

I never had this problem in PJ, only Subang. Think everyone at home waiting for them? can't they get a binocular like PJ staff doing?

50% Additional Estimate Surcharge

It is a surcharge for bill estimation type E (Estimate) for the third time and so on.

Surcharge is imposed when our meter readers cannot perform meter readings at customer premise, due to locked door, or when the estimated Bill E have been issued for the third time.

Surcharge is imposed on the estimated Bill E for the third and so on. It is 50% of the total RM (based on units of use).

For example, total charge for the 200kWh is RM43.60;
Additional estimate surcharge is 50% x RM43.60 = RM21.80

Some advice when you homeowner redo piping

Like to advice homeowner who want to redo the piping or maybe add.

When you get quote, please ask them to use Stainless steel / Brass / Copper elbow threaded fitting on the wall. The advantage is when come to replacing tap or taking and removing multiple time of tap you won't lost the thread. Using PVC / uPVC elbow fitting you risk loosing the thread and need hacking to replace the entire elbow.

Don't use GI, it will rust.

This are some of the hidden cost normal home users don't know, and why some contractor can give cheaper quote.

Any Professional can tell me the PYE brand "White Cement"have similar strength of normal grey portland cement? I brought some for my contractor to do toilet counter top. Wonder if it share similar strength and possible to use for counter top application.

Looking for Anti-termite oil for wood. Not the normal water based chemical.

I am trying to get the above mention oil for my roof. Found it in Ace-Hardware, cost RM 80 / 4L, not cheap. Anywhere to buy cheaper?

Or anyone have other alternative?

This is The original house plan, Took me 1 day full measurement and draw using Visio near to scale.

It still bother me, why do the USJ developer design such a odd shape house. Can't they have a good architect designing a proper square house? Maybe is my personal preference.
