Assuming the 2013 Budget announced that motor vehicle car price/tax will drop by 10% , which car will u choose and why?

Lets complicate the scenario a bit, if given the basic income is 5,500 per month, planning to buy an apartment soon, plus might want to get married within the next 2 years, will this factors change your decision?
