Anybody here staying in sitiawan/seri manjung area?

I'm looking for a gym around that area. Went to 6 pack fitness, but sadly they use hex plates and do not have 1.25kg plates.

Are there any gyms in the area which are suited to powerlifting?

Does anybody know if it is possible to get parking inside Wisma UOA Damansara if I plan to go there in the afternoon on a weekday? Or is there any nearby area where it is easy to get parking?

Hey guys
I was planning to use my d-link DSL-520T together with my new SMCWBR14-G2. Well, I just cannot figure out how to change the VPI/VCI to 0, 35(we are supposed to do this right?). Where do I change it? I cant find the option in 192.168.2.1

Right now im using my DSL-520T together with my DI-604 wired router which was much easier to configure.

Hey guys, i need help

My comp is running windows xp.

Here's the problem. I was copying around 10gb of music files from my c drive to e drive. After 20 mins, my comp hang. So i pressed the reset button.

Then, the menu came out and i chose to start windows normally. So, as windows was loading, my comp restarted itself again. This hapenned again and again even after i chose to start with last known good configuration.

Anybody can help me pls?

i am currently using a modem which has 3 lights, the pwr, dsl, and eth/act light.

i hv seen other modems with 5 lights.

what is the difference between those two modems? both are aztech brand.

i dunno why but my dsl light on my modem is always blinking and i cant connect to the internet. if i am connected and the dsl light starts blinking, i will dc....

is it my line problem or modem problem? pls help me!
