I have HP W2207H which has many problems. Sometimes I am able to turn it on, other times it just doesn't. Sometimes it will randomly turn off after a few hours of use. The sound & HDMI are also not working. Only VGA is working.

1. Know any shop that is able to fix the problem?

2. Or know any shop that is willing to buy faulty monitors?
