Water coming out from floor tiles

Hi Sifus,

I have this problem in my condo, there are water coming out from the master bedroom floor, the water keep coming out after mopping but stop after accumulated certain volume. I brought a plumber to investigate but he is not sure where the leak is and he told me he never experiance this type of leak in his career.

I checked with management office that the lower unit tenant never complain about water leaking from ceiling and below the floor there is no water pipe concealed.

Anyone with this experiance before and what is the remedy? Anyone know any good plumber can recommend please?

We have seen trillions of dollars evaporated in the past few days and definately it does not reach the bottom yet. So, would this affect property market and how?

This new development is located at Batu 9 Cheras, next to Masterskill Health and Science Univeristy. 930 sqft, 256 units condo.

Looking at the price of surrounding condos likes Venice Hill and Casa Suria only fetch at <rm 200 /sqft, do you think a Rm 230 /sqft worth the investment?

Property price over rental ratio

Right before the subprime property bubble burst, the average price to rental ratio is about twice the normal ratio. Can we use this number as a measuring stick to see if we are already in the danger zone?

What is the ratio now for Malaysia especially at KV area, can anyone share?

FD in foreign currency

i found out NZ dollar FD rate at local bank is 9%, anyone mind to share your experience investing in foreign currency FD? any minimum amount? what are the bank negara regulations about opening foreign currency account in malaysia?
