Stocks or property, which one do you prefer?

Prop is at all time high now and economy started to show signs of double dip recession. While the financial market remain volatile, shares prices are going south rapidly, in short time, most blue chips are at a very attractive level.

Would you offload your property to stockpile your ammo and shoot when stocks hitting the bottom.

Share your view please

Property price over rental ratio

Right before the subprime property bubble burst, the average price to rental ratio is about twice the normal ratio. Can we use this number as a measuring stick to see if we are already in the danger zone?

What is the ratio now for Malaysia especially at KV area, can anyone share?
