im currently doing a Led Dot Matrix project which involves using python code to get email notifications. this piece of code helps getting gmail notification and then sends serial data to my microcontroller. since i dont understand ANY python at all, i need some help here.

this code works like this if im correct:
ask for email login/pass > process > gets data > sends to a chosen port(in this case its COM6) > then prints the number of unread email > loops.

i owned a hp tx2000,bought it at pc fair around march/april? PC fair in penang

and just yesterday.....

i was using it and all of a sudden i heard zap and the screen shows weird things(very pixellated).and then the whole screen goes blank and my pc is still on.

so i decided to turn it off by holding the on of button...

tried turning my lappy on again,i can hear the fan is turning and see the lights are on but.....all i got is blank screen and OS is not running

im guessing my processor just fried???

any advice??

and also...a question...how do i know if i got a warranty for my lappy??coz i cant find a warranty card or something.
