Has anyone one of you bought or looked at the Delaktig Modular Sofa from IKEA?

Any thoughts? I like it but how is the sofa back cushion or arm rest secured to either the back/side rest or the base? Very little information available online...

Has Waggymeal gone bankrupt?

Waggymeal service has been going down over the last few months...

1) Subscription delivery no longer on time and no update from them

2) Create a new subscription hoping for new delivery but 9 days has passed since order confirmation

3) Email their support and called their number both can't get any response.

Have they gone bankrupt? I have already paid

Are any of you also using waggymeal to get your cat and dog food?

converting a SDN BHD to LLP

Dear Experts,

I have a sdn bhd which I formed with a buddy some years ago but we did not manage to run any business with it, we have been maintaining and paying the annual fees for years now.

Ideally we would like to close the company but apparently the paid up capital is too high so we have to go to the voluntary winding up process which can be very costly.

I was thinking we could instead convert into a LLP instead to annual cost and maybe in the future either do business with the LLP or shut it down...

Dear Sifus,

I am setting up a brand new home network based on Unifi.

I have 9 wired connections:-

3 Desktops, 1 Android Boxes, 1 Hypp TV, 1 CCTV DVR & 3 UAP AC LR.

What hardware would you suggest I get.

I am inclined towards enterprise class stuff like separate router and switch. For the APs I am keen on Ubiquity UAP AC LR.

Please give me your suggestions...
