Need Advice. Plz Help

I bought A hp SE W890 (AP set) in Plaza ALam Sentral, Shah alam, About 4 month ago as a gift for my sister. N after few week the hp have problem with network. Kind of "network error". Cant detect network. Due to location of my sis is at JB, i send back the HP to the shop on 20th August 2009, about a month after purchasing the HP. The guy from the shop said he will call me after the hp being repaired . After few month, i still din get any update about the HP. I went to the shop several times before, but the guy said the phone is not ready yet. He said the there is problem with the hp antenna and took time to repair. Now, almost 3 month already and i still din get any info about the hp. Im very dissapointed And hope u guys can help me with the problem.

Problem with upload speed

I've problem with my modem Aztech 605eu, downloading speed is around 1.6mbs while upload not even reach 10kbs. Previously the speed is around 400++ kbs. Now im using the default modem by TM (Riger) rather than the aztech and everything back to normal. Upload very slow till cant post new topic here neither send email. Any solution ? because i prefer the aztech modem

i/ve already done all thing like winsock reset ipconfig/release/renew but still get the same ip 169.254.*.*
the Problem is solved after replacing it with other modem.SO, i want to know, is it my previous modem are broken already...?
i do alot of googling to fix it but seem like no luck to me then. If there is any here, do help me thx
