Cheap and Light Laptop

My laptop Acer TravelMate2413NLCi was gone.
When power on the LED show light and the HDD seems is running but not the MOBO and the Monitor show blank.
The fan of MOBO is not function also.
Don't know what to do with this.
Can be repaired? Worth to repaired?
Anyone similiar case?What to do?

If not I plan to buy a new one.

1. Budget is RM2400< (prefer 3 years warranty)
2. Weight prefer < 2kg.
3. CPU i-Series
4. with Optical Drive.

Any Suggestion?

Bluetooth Adapter Not Function

I just bought a bluetooth adapter two days ago.
After I try and try still failed to send a file or img from my hp to my desktop or from my desktop to my handphone.
Please help.

My bluetooth adapter look like this ->

I had try to install the software given called BlueSoleil or use Microsoft one also can't send a single file.
Any one can help?

I am going to buy PC(CPU Unit only).
My budget is around RM1K->RM1.3K.

Do u have any suggestion?

First of all i had choose

MOBO: Asus M2A-VM / M2N-E
CPU: AMD Athlon X2 4000+ / 5000+
Mem: 2GB Kingston DDR2 667
HDD: 250GB/320GB
DVD： LiteOn DVD Burner.
Casing: Dunno yet (any suggestion).

After this i heard that recently a lot of RMA case for asus.
