Q about brand of security system and install

hi all, recently read from newspaper that car being hijacking by theft happened frequently, so i plan to install some security system/anti hijack system to my car.

any suggestion about what type of system can be install? I found some brand of anti hijack system such as clifford blackjax system, is this system good? or any other system which was better? is good that if can provide location of dealer and costing (by pm?)

another question about installation, is that plug and play only or need to cut wire?

iphone4s unable to online after switch on cellular

hi all, i am using iphone4s now, i am a maxis postpaid user. I found out that when I want to subscribe to monthly 100mb internet passes, I was unable to do so and I was receive a msg from maxis state that my gprs was not activate. I was called maxis service center and they was helping me to subscribe for monthly 100mb passes after several try. Now here is my problem. My iphone was still unable to connect to internet although I have turn on cellular data and 3g. May I know is that I was miss out any step for phone settings in order to online? Thanks you.
