Master's degree

Dear all,

Sorry if this is a repeated topic. Can someone enlighten me on these?

1) If I plan to become a lecturer, can I take a Master through coursework?
2) If can, then if want to become lecturer, need a PhD, so I must have a PhD before applying for the lecturer post or can apply with that Master only? <-- this Master is only thru coursework
3) What scholarship is available for a Master full time?

That's all for the time being. If this is a repeated topic, plz paste me the link. Thanks in advance.

Insurance

I came across a blog that says, start paying for insurance when you reach 30. Before that, only SAVE, SAVE, SAVE (and INVEST) until you get RM100k.

But as far as I know, the amount you need to pay every month when we get older will be higher.

So my question is, which one is more profitable:

1) Start paying for insurance when I reach 30, before that, save money like hell, invest and get around 10% yearly return from all the money I have. Or

2) Start paying for insurance now (24) & invest money that left.

Want to know the benefits for long-term, say, 50 years?

Thanks.

I got an interview invitation from Perodua for Engineer post. Is there anyone here who knows how the interview will be conducted? What kind of questions they ask? How many levels of interview? Anything related to it I would really appreciate if someone can help.

What do you think about the company you work for? Regarding the pay, working environment, career growth, etc.

And do you know someone who work at other company who really think that their company is the greatest place to work in terms of the things I mentioned above?

Thanks.

Rude Interviewer

Ok it all started with common questions and so formal and she's the hiring manager for the position I was applying for. Suddenly a guy aged maybe on his 40s came in and joined the interview session. Maybe he's one of the managers there too. After he came, the interview became so informal and most of the time we laugh. I don't mind if we laugh TOGETHER. But sometimes when I tried to answer questions, he would laugh histerycally at my answers. I haven't finished my answer yet and I thought he's going to die laughing. At least let me finish what I'm trying to say! Then when things went so informal and the hiring manager started asking again, I lost my confidence and I thought whatever I said will sound so stupid because that guy always try to interrupt me with all that laughing. I even cannot answer "Why I should hire you" question because I'm afraid they'll laugh at me again coz usually we'll try to say we're hardworking, excellent interpersonal skill, etc. That's my first interview and the suckest interview ever..

Be a Lead Assessor after 2 years & get RM5000

I went to a short course conducted by a Lead Assessor. He told us if we have 2/3 years industrial experience as an engineer, then we can apply to be a Lead Assessor at SIRIM, BVQI, etc and without asking for salary, we'll for sure get at least RM5000. That means we can have monthly pay of RM5000 in 3 years working??Real or not?I'm not saying he's lying...he's a Lead Assessor... Anyone knows???
