How to make ad show up on other page?

example 1: I click an image, the next page will show the ad, then wait about few second only can see the image I click.

example 2: I visit to an album (picture listing) the ad will always appear on the top, iframe thing??

Do I have to register some other service in order to add my ads on the third party site like that?

My friends say my msn will send a link to them when I'm offline, have tried to uninstall and reinstall the msn but still same, is it some virus has gone into my pc? anyone help?

NDSi softwares are not compatible with NDS, do the game developers will still make the game for NDS or just only for NDSi? If so, eventually the NDS users have to buy another NDSi
