Unifi Prepaid unknown SMS charges

Hello guys, i am new on unifi prepaid, yesterday 23/4/2023 i purchased 8gb of data for RM18. But minutes after the purchase, there were 3 additional charges on my account.
I contacted unifi live agent for support, they told me they were sms changes and their system show the sms were send to those 3 numbers.

The thing is i never sent any sms or made any call. There were also no records of my phone sending any sms. You will notice that the 3 numbers are almost identical and only 2 or 3 number apart from each other and they are send almost exactly 15 minutes apart from each other.
I told them i didnt send any sms and there is something wrong with their system, they say they will investigate and get back to me.

Anyone experience this with unifi prepaid? Is their system even secure?

Below is the time line.

8.45: Purchase 8gb data from the unifi app
8.47: Receive sms from 61000 informing me i have successfully bought the 8gb data
8.49: first sms charge
9.05: second sms charge
9.20: third sms charge

Unreasonable Building Management - How?

Hi Guys, wonder if anyone else face this issue with their apartment building management? I own this apartment for around 5 years which i rent out to tenants. So 2 years ago a new company took over building management office and instead of helping, they have just been giving me problems with their unreasonable SOP and heavy handed fine.

Some of the unreasonable things they did,

1. Ban and dont allow one my property agent from entering the building, when i ask for reason, they refuse to give and says it is private and confidential.

2. Everyone who want to enter have to submit particulars 1 day in advance, including potential tenants coming for viewing (who want to go through all the trouble for viewing??? how am i going to get my tenants?)

3. If you owe them money, even if its is only RM1 or 10 cents for more than 14 days, they will deactivate your access card and charge RM50 to reactivate it.

4. I request to speak to the residence committee regarding all these, but they just ignore my request.

5. Deny me entry to the last AGM saying the name i use in the form is not the same as in the owner list, even though i use that name in all my email with them and the name field in the form doesnt indicate it must be same as owner record.

6. My tenant throw some cupboard boxes near the bin and they issue fine RM200 and cancel all my access card, so need to pay for new access card and the fine. The fine is just so unreasonable for such offense, not to mention why the need to cancel access card?

So what are my options?

1. Wait for next AGM and try to propose a change the company managing the building management office? I also dont know if the residence committees are aware of all this or they just dont care.

2. Get a lawyer? but what can the lawyer do? not the mention the cost will be more than its worth?

3. Or just sell the bloody apartment and be done with it?

Proton Saga Premium CVT or Iriz Standard CVT?

Proton Saga Premium CVT or Iriz Standard CVT, which one is more value for money? Sage spec looks much better than iriz, any reason to get Iriz instead of Saga? any feedback, especially from iriz or Saga owner would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

Saga Premium 1.3 CVT : RM44,342 - RM3,500(CNY promo) = RM40,842
Iriz Standard 1.3 CVT : RM45,314 - RM3,800(CNY promo) = RM41,514

Housing Bank Loan Advise

Hi, i am inexperience and would like to seek some advise on this. i wanted to take a housing loan of around 390k for a house. So through an agent, the bank gave me an offer, interest rate -2.35 for 30 years. 3 years lock in. Is this reasonable?

Secondly there is a clause on the offer that reads as below, and i dont quite understand it. Is the below clause standard on all housing loan?

"In the event the different between OPR and BLR reduce to below 3.5% during the loan tenure, the bank reserve the right to increase the prevailing interest rate spread to maintain the margin between OPR and BLR at 3.5% However, should the difference between the OPR and BLR increase back to 3.5% and above, the prevailing interest rate will take effect. "

Why is it so difficult to attach a pic?

I dont know why but i find it so totally difficult to attach pic to my post. Everytime i try, i get redirected to a blank page which is "http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?" I tried like 15 times to attach a file just now but failed in all my attempts, and this is not that first time i am facing this problem.

Right, this is the process i went through, in a thread, i click on "addreply", then under file attachment, i browse for the file like "D:\picture\abc.jpeg", then click "add this attachment". The next thing i always get redirected to a white blank page with the URL = "http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?" . Does anyone knows what is going on?
