To whom it may concern,

I got a Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 and an old Ipad. I was using Ipad video application pre-installed to watch video that I hard coded with subtitles before that. The subtitles appear when I turn it on, in the Ipad.

But for Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, I am not sure why the pre-installed video application is not working to turn on the subtitles. So, I read in some of the websites saying to get Mobo Player which I installed it too. The issue remains the same, there are no subtitles appearing on the hard coded video. I use the same file and transfer it to the old Ipad and found that it works. Is some steps that I am missing when using the Mobo Player or is there other application for Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 that have subtitles working when it is turn on? The video file is hard coded with subtitles I mean. Thanks.

Is there a game similiar to Romance of Three Kingdom on either android or ipad? Something like time based turn game but in English format please. I saw one person playing a game, has nice maps with Simcity type of building. Thought of asking about the game but suddenly the sub game has dinosaur vs dinosaur

Facebook don't connect/grey out to BB contacts

Hi there,

Need help to those people who are expert on this. There is a issue of Facebook 1.7 connecting to Blackberry contacts or calender for those people who are under BES Maxis. Anyone has a solution to resolve this? Basically, I cannot check the box that says "Connect your Facebook account with BlackBerry contacts application." When I try to check this box it just goes to the menu. Same for BlackBerry Calendar application.

Can anybody help here on this? Heard it only affects people on BES. Thanks.

Impressive download speed!!

Here's how the story goes, I normally leave my lap top on at home for some '24 series' download. Currently, downloading the whole of season 5. It will normally take a month to download the whole season. I was required to attend a meeting in Maxis and brought my lap top there. I didn't realize that my download program was still running. Anyway, I was busy having meeting.

During the night, I was checking the status of my download and was shock that it was completed already when I just started downloading it a few days ago. I was puzzled and was wondering how it was completed already for the whole season. So, I look at the completion time and found out that it was around the time of the meeting. I did a calculation on the max speed on the fastest commercial line and it could not complete that fast. ha ha...

The next day, I went back to the meeting and have a quick speedtest.net on the connection. Wow!!!, you guess first how fast the speed was before looking at the screen shot below? Wth, why didn't they commercialize this speed to people? Definitely, there will be some people how might want to get it even though the monthly charges would be quite high

Hmm.. will keep this screen shot as an indicator of how long will this speed will come to consumer level. Lol You guys can have a go at the guess.

Well, some of you might say that I paint brush the screen shot or whatever. Well, it's up to you to believe it, if any of you have been to the Maxis building please check the speedtest.net website for speed concurrence. Thanks!

Advantages of getting PS3 in Malaysia

Hi there,

I have a made a search and read a few forums on whether to get the PS3 from Malaysia Sony Style or from Singapore Sony Style. Majority people says to get Malaysia set because of the warranty thing. They did not mentioned much on the Singapore set so I would like to ask for some advice here. What are the advantages of getting in Malaysia beside warranty?

Comparison as of today are

Singapore set
- Have 160gb price at 679 (w/o games) but need to buy 2 games with this promotion. Why put price w/o games but need to buy 2 games to get this promotion?? lol
- Have 80gb white version price at 629 (w/o games) but need to buy 2 games with this promotion
- Have GST claim if travel by plane

Malaysia set
- No 160gb set yet
- No 80gb white set yet. Current price at 1899 with 2 games but if buy online get better promotion games like little big planet or fallout 3
