Hi everyone,

I'm needing a bike advice for

1. Monthly 500km/5 hour highway trip
2. Daily 40km highway work commute (x2 morning and afternoon)

Tbf its probably not gonna be used that often but these are what I'm planning to use it for

My budget is around 15k, +1k for gear(enough?)
Hopefully can get a box for ~500

As I understand the maintenance are all roughly the same
Which one do you think is the best for my use and budget?
For reference I'm familiar with fz150 but i remember it wasn't very pleasant for a 2 hour 200km trip (felt like I had to full throttle to keep up with the traffic)

Does abs makes a lot of difference in 250cc bikes?
Do you feel unsafe in er6?
Is r25 comfortable enough for long trips?

Edited to add modenas elegan 250 as well
Seems to be a good price but don't know if maintenance cost is comparable to other bikes here or significantly more??

Car Loan Calculations

Hi everyone

Financial noob here
Im calculating car loans and in this case Im assuming

the car depreciates by 10% pa
loan interest 3% pa
investment interest 5%

Is this calculation right? I feel like Im missing something. So full loan for the longest time is the most profitable in case im planning to use the car till eol?
If so any good reason for shorter loan term?

For anyone working in GLCs or with GLCs,

In your experience do you find those politician-chairmen to take part actively in day to day or important board meetings. Are they contributing or a burden or non-existent in your company.

This is a serious question as I know sometimes ppl with political connections sometimes can be super useful even just for the connections, and some might actually be good.

Obviously I expect a lot are just in for the free ride too.

So anyone got some stories to tell?

New wireless modem

i think of getting a new modem for my maxis prepaid, wondering what is the best modem in terms of reliability and of course cruising speed? mifi would be unnecessary, but if it is reliable and better than the rest then might as well considered.

fyi now im using my se phone and it have been awesome all this while but overheating it might not be the best idea. any suggestion is highly appreciated

actually this is quite a serious post but because the issue is vry light so nevermind.

tv reception at my mothers place is very bad, can hardly see a proper picture on the tv unless you move the antenna every 2 min.
im not intersted in astro, cannot afford leh since it is only a weekend house we go like twice a month.
And also cannot put the fishbone antenna since the house is in a very lightning-prone area that any high rise antenna will surely cause blackouts everytime there is storm.

i heard of tv signal boosters but never saw them yet.Tried searching on mudah but to no avail.Do u know any sellers or place selling those things?
