hi all,

dunno whether im posting in the correct forum.

juz trying my luck to find spare part for an old ride on fire engine/truck which i would like to pass it to my son, if possible

actually im trying to diy restore an old ride on toys for my son coming 1st birthday.

there are some parts(bubble gun,some of the button on the controller oanel etc) that are broken and hopefully i can find some spare part here or u guys know where i can find the replacement parts. thanx

hi all...
this is my 1st house n im in the process of buying a subsale house. i already paid 7% of the deposit. however, the process of changing the name take so much time with the developer n owner's lawyer giving a lot of excuses and troubles to delay the process while the owner is pushing them to fasten the process. can i retreat from the deal n get back my money?

my parents are looking for a long term commitment loan say, 10-15years for loan amount 40k-45k.
as parents age already 59years, i'm not sure whether bank will approve the application.
if i offering my self to be come the guarantor, would it help? need advise. TQ

Laptop Auto Shutwon After 3/4sec(s) After Power On

Hi all...newbies here, hope u guys could give me some guides..

my Acer Travelmate250 laptop auto shut-down after 3 or 4 secs after power on. i've taken out the H/d, replacing the ram, power on using cable and yet..the problem still not resolved. any idea?

p/s: i'm afraid its the m/board. any nice & good shop to do repairing(if possible)?
