HyppTV Premium for VIP20 retracted

When I signed up for Unifi VIP 20 based on the package listed on their website, the Premium HyppTV was supposed to be their contract package while the VIP 10 and VIP 5 will get the basic package. Come November 1st I was surprised that all packages was reverted back to basic HyppTV. Visit to Kedai Telekom and calldd to their sales package was to no avail as the response was either lukewarm or vague. Have anyone really complained or felt slightly cheated by the misguided advertisement on their website and their inconsistent policy and what can be done about it as email to their sales department evoked no response.
