Can anyone tell me how do u measure body fat %

Currently im 75kg@21% body fat, how many kg of fat do i hv to lose if my target is 75kg@15%bf? assuming i keep/don't gain any my muscle mass (although its impossible).

In ur guys opinion, is it possible in a year with a good diet plan and workout commitment?

Hi everyone, i need some advice regarding my ptptn student loan repayment

Currently i owe PTPTN RM50k, and new budget announced discount of 20% if settle by March 2015. I can either choose full lump sump repayment or monthly payment@1%..

1. Pay back lump sum : Rm50k - 20% (Rm10k) = Rm40k
2. Monthly repayment@1%interest : Rm50k x 0.01 (interest) x 20 years = Rm60k

Which would be the better option:
1. Lump Sump
- Settle my debt one shoot@ no headache
- Jimat rm10k discount + rm10k interest (1%@20years)

2. Monthly payment
-Invest the 40k and gain dividen from it (40k@4%dividen@20years=87k)
-Value of my total repayment reduces due to inflation and the actually value paid wont look like 60k in 20years time.

Pls share ur thoughts on this matter, thanks in advance..

Hi, im looking to purchase a house for homestay/rental purpose. The development will be completed by end of 2016..
Basically the developer are offering 3 diff type of single storey terrace houses..

Type A - 20x60 = RM113/sft
Type B - 20x63 = RM116/sft
Type C - 20x65 = RM120/sft

Type C is located closest to the main road followed by type B,A.. Since the difference in size and price is very minimal, will there be any difference in resale value or rental price in the future? Shall i take type A and save up the extra cash?

Pls give me ur opinion sifus

a) Flexi Loan = 4.3% p.a with 5 years lock down
b) Term loan = 4.6% p.a with 6 years lock down

Which one is better? Some say term loan is the best option currently since interest rate is at 15year low..

I need some help to review my meal

Morning - Bran Cereal with LF milk (prunes and peanuts) + Fat loss pill 1x + Multivitamin + Fish oil
Noon - Chicken wrap
Pre-workout - Bran Cereal with LF milk (prunes and peanuts) + Whey (1scoop) + Creatine (5g) + Fat loss pill 1x
Workout - Intra-workout drink
Post-workout - Whey (1scoop) + Creatine (5g)
Night - Chapatti + chicken + vege

Is my meal plan alright? Do give some comments since im a newbie

Im planning to get a property, currently im leaving with my family.
Preferably i would like to buy a property for renting purposes, but soon i will be getting married and will need a place to stay.
My company is providing rental subsidy but im not allowed have my own house around my work area.
Should i use this rental subsidy and purchase a rental property elsewhere. Or should i just purchase a own home to live in.
Do give me some feedbacks

Found out my sound card isnt working anymore, send it for repair but doubtful that it can be repaired.So im looking for a new sound card.Currently im using Aego-M 2.1 speaker and my spoilt sound card was Prodigy HD2.. Looking for something equally good or better. Im confused stand alone DAC will it work with PC without sound card? Any sifus can tell me which one is better n suitable for PC use (sound card or stand alone DAC).

I just changed my rim to 16" but now the car looks so high like SUV.. thinking of getting sports spring to lower the car.. Currently front tire can put 4 1/2 fingers.. If possible lower to 2 - 2 1/2 fingers.. Any recommendations sifus, if possible want to maintain OEM comfort as much as possible.. I usually drive alone...By the way my car is a 2012 vios.. Tq

Need some opinions, im thinking of getting the avante x20. The current version which is on sale now, not the upcoming version.
The car seems to be selling for 78K currently (maybe might drop to 75k i hope) and its seems like a worthwhile buy, coz i feel i can use the car for quite some time
without wanting to change the car, since it 2.0 and is roomy also come with leather seats.
Can u guys give me some comment on the car?

I feel the car not so stable and its like nt glued to the road... like terapung
