Queries about Digi BIS

Hi all friends.

I am writing this thread to post a question. I just subscribed to Digi telco with rm68 unlimited data plan and RM10 BIS.

However, I discovered that i cant receive BIS signal in my office. My office is located beside KLCC, it is Wisma UOA II. This made me shocked and surprised.

The problem is i can receive the BIS signal when i out of office, but when i get into office, it shows disconnected. However, the internet browsing is still working.

I ve complaint to Digi for couple of times. Finally, they called me up and they suspect it is because the location of my office (9th Floor) is a blind spot. They told me will install a booster, sooner or later, in a period within 2-3 weeks time.

They also confirmed with me that the area I located is definitely covered by 3G and BIS signal.

I would like to ask any BB user encountered with this problem before. Hope could share.

Btw, i am planning to switch to Celcom after this incident happened.
