However until today the house still cannot transfer to my name.<br />As I understand from my lawyer, all this happen is because of <br />1. Redemption statement stated wrong on Febraury.<br />2. Correction and make another redemption statement and done in March.<br />3. Advice twice for disbursed of redemption sum.<br /><br />after all the thing get done, the house should be handover to me on April and extension is given due to the fault is by the vendor side.<br /><br />Well, when April still cannot get the key, I call my lawyer to follow up, and my lawyer said he is follow up and pending for the original doc from the vendor. well, what I can do? Have to wait lo..<br /><br />Until May, I start suspect something wrong and call again my lawyer, finally he did tell me, he call to the vendor side only know that their banker registration number stated in the title was incorrect. And he tell me vendor side is rectify it and should be able done end of May.<br /><br />Now I am still pending and pending. and my lawyer said should be able to get it done by end of this month.<br /><br />Well, all friend, what should I do?<br /><br />My lawyer said no advisible to take any action because it is troublesome and last very long because have to go to court case and my loss will be more. However, I am thinking that now I even suffer losses more already because my banker already release money on March, and I paid for 4 months interest but I cannot get my key. And I keep delay my contractor to come for quotation, and I need to keep delay my rental here. Luckily my current landlord no chase me out if not, where I can stay because of this delay.<br /><br />Brother and Sister, you all know is it really c=subsale buyer really no protected at all? If this case have to last for one year, the subsale buyer also have to suffer all the loses?<br /><br />My future house is free hold and no need concent from any other parties also need wait for so long.
