step:

1, tick one PM with few replies inside.
2, click on "delete the selected conversations" button.
3, PM count (e.g. next to the Inbox) show me as 100.
4, click again on the folder, it refreshed and showed me as 105.

my question is, is that there are some pm unable successfully delete but didnt show in the list there
or
the count system itself having the problem?

isn't it should be tally even after refresh?
or
my eye got problem?

HDD weird sound

if the pc cant boot, and the hdd got some "tak...tak..." just like something want to turn then sudden off...and again..
is that able to solve if change the circuit board? or actually what's going on? the head of hdd spoilt? how to prevent this happen again on next hdd?

btw, it happened suddenly.. BSOD.. then restart... cant boot anymore..

who believe hacked > 10k website at the moment (number still increasing?)

how s/he able to go into our site and replacing those index files?
thru anonymous ftp? and how s/he able to run the perl script in the system?

what can we do to prevent this kind of thing happened again?

Details of the complaint :
he said this mobo is faulty usb, but can claim for warranty.
at the end, cant claim. ask for refund, ask me to wait after chinese new year cause he cant find anyone to help him to refund for me (even back to the same place we do the deal).

pm/sms/call unable to reach him (he said he oversea... already few week...)
so i still waiting for his good news.

so just in case the link lost or anything, i log a report 1st and will clear it once he refund the money to me.

extra details : 0122152658 (he said he is sunway university student)
any other forumer who deal with him before can provide more details?

Update [March 06]: almost everyday 1-2 sms sent and phone called from Feb till today. either no one answer or when pickup then off in few seconds. Perhap he still in oversea or... should i keep waiting?!

i do try www.samsungindia.com, it said dont hav my hdd pn/sn in their database, is that mean my hdd is not entitled for any warranty?
