HP Printer Refill Problem

i would like to ask
after i refill my hp cartridge
then the printer tell me that the cartridge is not compatible with my printer
what the problem so far?
and how to solve it?
i m using hp deskjet d2560

cannot boot up window xp

currently my fren pc(desktop) with window xp cannot start.
when start the computer, after the xp logo loading, then it will boot into the welcome screen
then motherboard got a beep sound then the whole system jam
even the password typing to inside the window also cant shown
wat the problem going on?
may be related to ccleaner, becos this occurs after run the ccleaner.

HELP..laptop brightness

i using Dell inspiron 1420 and window vista home basic...
don know when..my laptop start become dark once i unplug the power supply(mean using battery)
i cant adjust the brightness when i using battery but i still can adjust it if i plug it to power supply
anything wrong wiv this fenomena?

i m using dell inspiron 1420 with window vista
i wish to install solidworks 2003 into my laptop
but cant install it
my friends who are using other brand laptop can do this （vista also）
how can i solve this problem?
pls help and thx a lot
