Not sure whether tis Q has been asked b4 or not:
If let's say A, B & C are the shareholders in a PLC with the shares distribution of 50:25:25 each.... & when there's a conflict in making a decision, who'll have the final say if B & C are in the alliance against A's decision?
If thing like tis happen, wat shud be done? call 4 EGM?
Note: only A & B are the directors in the company....

Deed of Assignment

Lately i'm planning to get a house from a developer but as far as i know the land is still under a master title & yet to be subdivided into individual lots.......

1) So in order for me to sign the S&P, do i need to sign the "Deed of Assignment" 1st? If yes, does it mean that i wont see my "Title No" or "Lot No" in my S&P?

2) If i signed "Deed of Assignment", do i still need to sign "Borang 14A" to transfer the name?

3) The developer charged their land to a bank to fund their project, can they still practice "Deed of Assignment"? Will my financier approve my loan since the land is under some sort of encumbrance?

Hello fellow members, i'm planning to get a digital camera & i'm eye-ing on Canon Powershot SX110 IS
I'm wondering if any of you own this model of camera and i need your feedback or review on this camera.......
Another question is, i found that the price of this camera is MYR 1099.00 as stated on the canon official site..... So does it mean that i will get the same price from anywhere in Malaysia?
