I'm a teacher teaching in school, lately there has been a huge amount of misuse of internet among the students and we want to punish a few students for their misuse without compromising the other users. We're running on WIFI but some of these students have their own broadband.

question:
1. is there a way to block internet access altogether for a single laptop? I was considering of uninstalling their wireless driver but if I do that they can still go online using any external broadband right?

2. is there any other way of regulating the internet use?

any help is very much appreciated. thanks in advance.
