I think the Damai/Indah residence is ~RM620k. Or maybe higher??<br /><br />Do you think it still worth buying for own stay/investment? Or do you guys foresee the house price in KU will still be going up? Do you think the new development/launching in Alam Impian (new development next to KU) will drive the price of KU up more?? As I think the last launch of Alam Impian is Pentas 2, 25x85, and the price is starting from 760k...<br /><br />I found that KU is a nice place to stay, the landscape is very nice, which i like it very much. Somemore it is G&amp;G.<br /><br />Also, actually I found that the KU Bayu is even nicer, with bigger build up, 2200spf and also 2400spf.
