Question! Newbie in KL, How to go somewhere?

Hi, every forumer,

I just move to the Subang Jaya from Johor few week ago,
I really not familiar with the road of KL, now I facing some problem, can someone guide me?

I live in SS15, Subang Jaya now, near the Subang Jaya KTM,

I want go to:
1)National Science Center(Pusat Sains Negara), Bukit Kiara.

2)Tesco Mutiara Damansara.

I have not car, what I can travel only by the public transport and leg..@-@

Got someone who familiar with these two place can guide me how to use the public transport to get there?
