Laptop Screen Glitching

Hi, fellow forumers & sifu.

Hope some help.

my laptop screen start to behave with sudden glitch. The glitch is all horizontal.

At first, it just happen at the windows bar, last few lines, but seems like getting worse

using a Lenovo Legion 5 15ARH05 with GTX 1650 since 2021

No drops or anything, I careful user.

Happens whether laptop is hot or cold

Any suggestion? TIA

Shopee Cancel My Refund Request First?

Bought something from Shopee. Didn't receive but item status delivered.

FYI somebody was at home waiting for delivery person but non showed up.

I contacted Seller. Seller say use the Return/Refund which I did.

Shopee then ask for photo of location post box/address, which I supplied.

Then I got this following email

"Shopee has reviewed your return request #XXXXXXXXX

Dear Buyer,

Thank you for providing the required information.

Please be notified that Shopee will cancel this refund request first and kindly follow through the case id: XXXXXXXXXXX for the wrong delivery issue.

You may revert to us via the case id that will sent to email to you after received Proof of delivery from courier.

Your kind understanding and patience are greatly appreciated.

Thank you and stay safe.

Anyone encounter this?

What to do next? Item abt RM100+

I got the item from a neighbour many doors away 8 days from date of delivery.

The good thing is don't have to go kdpnhep or tribunal & waste more time.

For anyone facing the same issue, don't just ask for photo proof of delivery.

Ask for photo proof that show house number and also ask for signed receipt.

I bought a Lenovo laptop from a larger shop at Lowyat on Oct 5 2012.

Went online to extend the warranty but on checking, found the warranty ends on
02-09-2013.

Did they sold me a refurbished laptop?
