Telekom don want to provide phone & net service

Guys,

Moved to a new condo 6 months without Phone + internet but I can still survive 
Get know from the condo management basically the developer ground works has been done for those facilities however still pending on our biggest player “Telekom” to come in.

The reason why Telekom still pending for the action? They are looking more than 70% household move in and sign for the service then only they will step in. In present it is only about 25%, 100++ household occupied in this condo.

70% occupied and sign for Telekom phone and internet service is a big jump from now !
I know that the target of 70% will never achieve. Many residents already move to other wireless internet provider such as Maxis and Celcom and tight with contract so how do we expect them move back to telekom ??

This is a basis needs such like electricity and water. Same applied to
Example: What do you think if Sybas said they won’t provide source of water direct to your house with the reason because you have only 2 family members staying in your house. They want target for 10 family members.

In my thought, this is Basic Human Right and they don’t have the authority to say no since they are the Monopoly player in Malaysia. Any ACT or law Malaysia stated about the authority?

I need to enquire some opinions from you guys. Lawyer most appreciated

Phone Backup

my new bought 5800 .Well done the volume matter has been solved but it
create another problem.The screen appear to be blanked when i making a call
or receiving incoming call . The housing was not fix properly and i can see
the IC part on the right corner of the front camera .This problem never
happen before i sent to the center
I query with your technician and he stated that "I suspected MAYBE this is
the Sensor problem and currently we don have any replacement part,the Stock
may arrive in few more weeks time .Otherwise may change the phone
motherboard .
