[WTA]about portforward

i tried portforward for my dsl-520t and i follow up the guide from www.portforward.com and i'm able to portforward. but i have a confusion here. sometimes my utorrent, which is now green and working as usual. but after maybe i shut down, then i might not be that way anymore. get what i mean? i did not follow the steps where they ask us to enter static ip address because i don't know how to configure it. i dont understand how to do it. can any pro teach me how to do this? i think this is causing all the problem.

i got a problem here. i wanted to change my connection to pppoe mode from bridge mode so that i dont need to manually connect to the internet. but when i changed the settings to pppoe, i cant online already. got anyone experience this kind of problem? will it be the broadband doesn't allow pppoe mode? i not sure this broadband is streamyx or melaka broadband but the bill itself do have the streamyx logo. but as i know, its known as melaka broadband. please help me.

i'm facing the problem where i burn my dvd halfway, and it will pop out error and eject the dvd out. is it the dvd problem or dvd player? or maybe the software? i'm using Ashampoo Burning Studio 6. need help on this.

Problem details
First occurence of problem: from the 1st day i started getting this streamyx package
Problem frequency: forever
Problem description: i have the problem where i can't browse some website. for example www.klse.com.my

after looking and google for my problems, i found out that most of the people have enable the NAT. but mine is disable. so i'm a newbie here and is it the NAT which cause the problem? can anyone help me out? thanks in advance.

i have downloaded a theme and so i try to extract to C:\Windows\Resources\Themes and there is an arror saying that cannot create folder in C:\Windows\Resources\Themes

so can anyone help me to solve my problem? btw i used vistaglazz ad to enable vista to use 3rd party themes.
