work for CIMB or HSBC

hi all,

as per topic above, i wish to ask anyone is working the particular 2 banks if you can share with me whether i should choose CIMB or HSBC for mortgage sales position?

Actually i already attended 1st and 2nd interview for both banks, but havent sign up any letter offer yet (in fact those banks havent called me to sign up, will be on this week:P), and i compared those 2 banks, the difference are below:

1) CIMB mortgage sales just only need to hit target for mortgage loan, while HSBC need to do other products beside mortgage, exp Credit card, P loan, MRTA, takaful, etc...

2) the calculation of commission for CIMB was base on percentage with the target amount you hit, while HSBC is base on points (like mortgage loan 1 mil can earn 133 points, ccard per card 10 points, etc)...

So, i really got no idea on which do i prefer, though i head somebody said CIMB quite good in benefit while HSBC is an international established company (though i kinda scared if this is 'chinaman' company, every staff need to work extra hard than others while earning the same money:P)

Anyway, thanks for ya all in willing to help and your sharing is most appreciated

About drive shaft

Good day for everyone. Here's a problem i'm facing now, hopefully can get any help every bro & sis here...

First of all, my KIA sephia's drive shaft already not in good condition, everytime when turning my sterring will always hear the 'kok kok kok' sound. So i just take my car to some workshop for service, probably will change the drive shaft straight if i found any while with cheaper reasonable price.

However, i visited some workshop, different answers came out from them. Some said can change by using the PROTON drive shaft, so it'll be cheper. BUT some said only can change by using the ORIGINAL KIA's spare apart one. Honestly i don't know who should I refer n believe to. While i got visited some halfcut factory/shop, i couldn't find any 2nd hand KIA's drive shaft from them, said it's very 'cold' and hard to find it.

So, i wish to get help from anyone here who is experienced in changing drive shaft or have any knowledge about it to let me know whether can i use PROTON drive shaft into my car? It's urgent while i need to make the deal either tomorrow or the next day of it.

Actually i prefer can use PROTON one, cos this is cheaper

Thanks very much in helping alot.
