Want to do US master with malaysian degree

Looking for advice from anyone doing masters in US university. I'm BSc Computer Science grad and been working as software developer for past 3 years.

I'm looking for continue my masters in US. I have shortlisted few universities. I facing 2 problems here, first their master admission required 4 years degree but in Malaysia we doing 3 years degree. I email the computer science department and they said they can consider and may be need me to take few courses.

The second problem is they need official academics transcript to be sent directly from the university i graduated from.

See below excerpts

Transcripts

Applicants must arrange to have official transcripts sent directly to the Admissions Office from your secondary

school (for freshman and applicants who have completed fewer than 84 transferable quarter units) and/or

from each college attended (for undergraduate/graduate admission). Transcripts from overseas applicants

must be received 60 days prior to the first day of the term to which you apply to insure timely notification.

Original foreign transcripts submitted by an applicant for admission are not considered official transcripts.

These records may be used for evaluation purposes, but you also must request that official transcripts

from each school, college and university you have attended be sent directly to the Admissions Office.

Certified English translations must be submitted for transcripts received in the original language.

The situation is now , my university already given me one set of original academic transcripts (in Malay and English version) and they will never produce the original or official copy again not matter what happen. Even u lost your original copy they only can give you the certified copy. I believe this apply for for all the university in Malaysia.

Last week I visited my university to discuss about this but they insist the same that they can't reproduce the academic transcripts again.

I want to know is the any other alternatives , any one have been facing this problem before and what is the solution?
